  • 1/2 x Yellow bell pepper, diced

  • 2 x Shallots, diced
  • 1 x Clove garlic, diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 c. Cracker crumbs, unsalted
  • 1 pt Heavy cream
  • 2 whl Large eggs, blended
