- 1 c. Okra sliced
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- Â Â Oregano to taste
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 1/2 x -(up to)
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr (or possibly to taste)
- Â Â Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning to taste
- 1/2 x -(up to)
- 1 tsp Basil (or possibly to taste)
- Â Â Red grnd pepper to taste ( I only use a tad)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- Â Â Garlic to taste (I used chopped garlic from a jar)
