  • 4 lb Beef brisket
  • 3 med Onions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. Beer
  • 1 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Instant beef bouillon
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Dry thyme, crushed
  • 1/4 c. Flour

Description
