Cod Cakes With Asian Inspired Salad

Ingredients

1 pound fresh Cod fillets
3 tablespoons Fish sauce, divided (most are wheat free, please check!)
1 tablespoon Soy sauce (La Choy brand is wheat free)
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, grated
1 Jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced
1/4 cup shredded Coconut
1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 cup Sweet Thai chili sauce
1 cup Iceberg Lettuce, finely shredded
1 cup Cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 cucumber, sliced paper thin (use a vegetable peeler!)
juice of a fresh lime
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
