Marinade: In Medium-sized Bowl, Shisk Together All Marinade Ingredients. Stir In Carrots, Muchrooms, Radishes, Cucumber And Celery. Cover And Dhill About 1 Hour. Salad: Just Before Serving, Combine Lettuce And Spinach; Divide Evenly Among 4 Salad Plates.
