3 1 pkg. (about 1 Tbsp.) dry yeast

1. 1/4 cp. warm water
2. 1 beaten egg
3. 3 1/2 cps. white flour
4. 1 - 2 Tbsp. sour cream (otional)

Glaze Ingredients:

1. 1 egg, beaten
2. 1 - 2 tsp. milk or water
3. 1/4 tsp. Sugar (optional)
