1 (15-ounce) can no-salt-added kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with their liquid
1 (14-ounce) can tomato sauce
1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
Salt or gluten-free tamari to taste
