    10 oz sausage style vegetable protein (usually found near the tofu in your grocery store)
    3 cups cooked brown rice
    1/4 cup vegetable broth
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
