For the pastry- 200 g plain flour
- large pinch ground turmeric
- 1-2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- vegetable oil, for frying
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped
- 200 g minced lamb
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- pinches turmeric
- red chilli, deseeded and chopped
- 1-2 plum tomatoes
- 1 thick slice pineapple, chopped into small cubes
- mango, chopped into small cubes
- apple, cored and chopped into small cubes
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 handfuls roughly chopped fresh mint leaves
- 1 handfuls roughly chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1-2 lime, juice only
- chutney, to serve
