- 4 tsp raw cashew nuts
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 4 tsp butter
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 cm piece ginger, finely grated

- 1 x 400 g can chopped tomatoes
- 3-4 tbsp milk
- 100 ml single cream
- 1 chilli, seeds removed and finely chopped
