Ingredients

For the poor mans parmesan

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small red chillies, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tinned tinned anchovies, roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp fine dry breadcrumbs
For the broccoli

  • 350-400 g broccoli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 30 g butter
