  • 1 cup fat-free half-and-half
  • 3/4 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 package (10 ounces) fresh spinach, torn
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
