  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth (see Tips for Two)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
