- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning , crushed
- 1 can (about 14.5 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes , cut up
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) pinto beans , rinsed and drained
- Shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro leaves (optional)
