- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh chives, or scallion greens
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Paprika, for garnish
