Ingredients
- 1/2 pint (1-1/3 cups) blackberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 6 large, plump strawberries, hulled, quartered, and smashed with a fork (to yield 1/2 cup pulp)
- 1-1/4 cups cold ultrapasteurized heavy cream
