- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
