Ingredients

  • 2 5- to 6-ounce  fresh or frozen tuna steaks, cut 1 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup  lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons  snipped fresh cilantro or parsley
  • 2 teaspoons  olive oil
  • 2 cloves  garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon  coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon  ground red pepper
  • 1 recipe  Tomatillo Salsa (see below)
  • 8 8-inch  fat-free flour tortillas
  •   Nonstick spray coating
  • 2   medium red sweet peppers, quartered, stems and membranes removed
