- 1 medium carrot, cut into julienne strips (about 1/2 cup)
- Purchased peanut dressing
- 6 cups shredded Napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup soy nuts or peanuts
- 2 tablespoons white and/or black sesame seeds (optional)
