  • 3/4 cup  milk
  • 1/2 tsp.  chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp.  ground cumin
  • 1 cup  shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
  • 2 tbsp.  chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  •   Suggested Dippers: chicken nuggets, tortellini, mini ravioli, steamed broccoli and/or cauliflower
