Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken stock (i made with stock cube ):D
- 1 pound fettuccine(fresh) boil one min less then packet direction
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, very finely minced or as u like
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup chopped Italian parsley
- 2 cups freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and parmesan for sprinkle on top
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
