Ingredients

200 gm fettuccine (boiled - al dente).
1/2 boneless chicken breast, sliced into long slices.
1 onion, chopped.
1 big bell pepper, cut into long slices.
1 big tomato, cut into long slices without seeds.
1/4 cup Heinz ketchup
3 tbsp olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
2 small rosemary sticks or a small pinch (yes, less than 1/8 tsp)
