Burger Steak With Gravy Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 kg ( 500 grams) ground beef
3/4 cup breadcrumbs soaked in
1/3 cup fresh milk
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 cup chopped white onion
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp rice wine
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper ground
1/2 tsp celery powder
1/4 all spice salt

For the gravy sauce:
2 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup flour
1 beef cube or 1 tbsp beef powder
2 tsp Knorr seasoning
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 tbsp oil that you used from frying beef patties
