Ingredients
For Rajma -
- 1 cup Rajma i.e. Kidney beans (soaked overnight)
- 2 onions finely chopped
- 2 cups of Tomato puree
- Paste of Garlic, Ginger & Green chillies, about a teaspoon.
- 1 tea spoon cumin powder
- 2-3 Bay leaves
- 2-3 cloves
- 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- a pinch of turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 100 ml water
- lots of fresh corriander finely chopped
For Rice -
- 2 cups of Basmati rice (washed & kept in refrigerator for 15 mins)
- 2 Tablespoon cumin seeds
- lots of corriander for garnishing
- salt to taste
- 12 teaspoon ghee
- 3 cups of water.
