Ingredients

• 100g butter or margarine, soft
• 75ml sugar
• 1 egg
• 300ml all-purpose flour

FILLING:

• 500g quark
• 200 ml creamy milk
• 2 eggs
• 150 ml sugar
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar

TOPPING:

• 2 or 3 apples
• Cinnamon (I added some ginger too)
