Ingredients
- Metric Measures (1 cup = 250ml) 500g (2 Cups) Yogurt (I like Greek style but it works with anything)
- 1 Heaped Cup rolled oats
- Juice from 1-2 Oranges (about 3/4 Cup)
- 2 Green apples peeled and grated (You can leave the apples unpeeled if you're comfortable about what's on the skin iykwim:)
- 1/2 TSP powdered cinnamon
- 1/4 TSP grated nutmeg
- 1 DSP honey (If I use an apple other than Granny Smiths, I often omit the honey altogether but it's personal taste).
Description
Now You Can Add To This *anything* You Want. Such As: Dried Fruit, Nuts, Wheatgerm, Seeds And Grains. I Usually Serve This With Some Fresh Berries (yum Blueberries).
