Beef Tagine

Ingredients

  • 800-1000 grams stewing beef, cubed
  • 2 large onions, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 1 cinammon stick
  • 2 teaspoons ras-el-hanout
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes water or stock
  •  15 grams coriander, chopped roughly
  • 15 grams chopped flatleaf parsley
  • The peel of half a pickled lemon, rinsed and chopped finely
