- 3 T oil 2 chopped onions
- 500g cubed butternut
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 ml chilli paste
- 5 ml curry powder
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 3 t grated fresh ginger
- 250 ml fresh coriander
- 2 T chutney
- 2 t sugar and 2 t salt black pepper to taste
Custard
- 4 eggs
- 400 ml milk Seasoning
