- 4 whole chicken legs (cut in halves)

- 2 medium red onions minced

- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- dash of dried thyme and oregano leaves
- salt and pepper
- 10 pcs dried shitake mushrooms
- 3 medium size green peppers (cut into 8's)
- 3 medium size potatoes (cut into 8's)
- 1 medium size can Pineapple chunks
- A handful of chopped coriander leaves
