Cranachan Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 150g Hob Nobs
  • 75g butter
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 60g icing sugar
  •  4 teaspoons malt whisky (use a good malt!)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • juice and zest of an orange
  • 150g raspberries (frozen are good as they cool the sauce quickly!)
