Lasagna Bolognese

Ingredients

Meat Sauce Bolognese:
1 cup Chopped onion
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Chopped celery
2 tbsp Butter
1 pound Mild Italian sausage
1 pound Ground beef
2 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup Dry white wine
2 cups Chopped tomatoes, peeled and seeded
3 tbsp Tomato paste
2 cups Beef stock
1 Bay leaf
1/2 Sugar
1/2 tsp Dried oregano
1/8 tsp Allspice
Salt & pepper to taste
Besciamella:
(Italian Bechamel Sauce)
3 tbsp Butter
6 tbsp Flour
2 cups Milk
1 cup Heavy cream
1 tsp Salt
Dash nutmeg
1 pound Lasagna noodles (preferably green)
1 pound Mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 cup Freshly grated parmesan cheese
