Ingredients

18 Almonds (chopped) (if using fat free cottage cheese and yogurt use 36 almonds)
1 cup Low fat plain yogurt
1 cup Low fat cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Honey
1 cup Strawberries, sliced,
1/2 cup Blueberries,
1 Peach, sliced (or replace one of these fruits with 1/3 banana, sliced)
