1 lb Package frozen mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and snow peas) thawed
two 6-oz Cans of water packed tuna, drained and flaked
4 Scallions, sliced
1/4 cup Minced flat-leaf parsley
3 tbsp Fat-free Italian salad dressing
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Dried basil
1/4 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
