18 Wasa Crisp n Light 7-grain or rye Crispbreads, crushed into fine crumbs
1 cup Egg substitute
18 Medium sized tilapia fillets (about 1 1/2 lbs)
Lemon wedges or salsa to taste (optional)
6 cups Green beans, frozen
2 pounds Small red potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half (do not peel)
3 tablespoons Olive oil, more if desired
Garlic salt
Fresh ground pepper
Salt
Dried rosemary, crushed
Dried parsley
Dried or fresh minced garlic
