Ingredients

2 teaspoons Olive oil
1/3 cup Diced onions
1 cup Arborio rice
1/3 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

2/3 cup Freshly shelled peas
For the chicken:
1 cup Low-fat or non-fat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Minced red onion
2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons Honey
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 to 6 oz. each
For the garnish:
1 Avocado
1/4 cup Fresh lime juice
2 Oranges, peeled and sectioned
1 Small red onion, thinly sliced
