1/2 Head of celery
2 cups Arborio rice
2 Wineglasses of dry white wine
Sea salt
5 tbs Butter
4 oz Freshly grated parmesan
Stale bread
1 can Anchovies
2 Small red dried chillies
1 Cauliflower
Fresh parsely
Sea salt
Parmesan to sprinkle ontop
