Ingredients

1 Thin-sliced garlic clove, plus 1 teaspoon chopped
2 Fresh basil leaves, chopped
28-ounce Can whole Italian plum tomatoes, squeezed
1 pinch Sugar
1 tablespoon Each: chopped shallots, lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Lemon zest
2 tablespoons Each: white wine, limoncello
2 ounces Heavy cream
4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
10 Ravioli of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
2 ounces Jumbo lump crab meat
4 Grape tomatoes, quartered
2 Baby artichoke hearts, cooked, quartered
1/2 ounce Arugula
1 Green onion, thinly sliced
1 pinch Chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
