Cold Mango Shrimp Burritos

Ingredients

1 cup Cooked and deshelled Shrimp - tails removed
1 Roma Tomato
1/4 cup White Onions
1 Hass Ripe Avacodo Large
1 TBLS of Garlic Salt
1 tsp Fresh Garlic Chopped
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 cup Orange Mascat Champagne Vinegar (purchase at Trader Joe's)
2 tsps Mango Chuetney or Fresh Mangos Chopped
1/2 Small Lime
1/4 cup Fresh Cilentro - Chopped
1 package Flour Tortillas
1 package Shreaded Mexican Cheese
If you want to make Shrimp Burrito Spicy, add finely chopped Jalapeno Peppers
SAUCE:
1 cup Fischer Wieser Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle Sauce (Sauce is spicy and very thick) (You can Purchase at Vons or any Market)
1/4 cup Lowfat Mayo
