Chiles Rellenos (Stuffed Peppers)

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh poblano chile peppers
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 roma (plum) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup corn oil

This Is A Great Traditional Mexican Dish. It Takes A Little Bit Of Time, But It Is Worth Every Minute! Provecho! Serve With A Side Of Spanish Rice.
