Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 6 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper, or to taste
  • 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb. asparagus, cooked, cooled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
