  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (about 1-1/2 lbs.) flank steak
  • Chives, for garnish, optional
