- 2 cups uncooked long grain white rice
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup cooked ham, cubed, 2 links chorizo sausage, sliced or 2 sweet or hot italian sausage links, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 3 1/2 cups hot chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- pinch ground thyme
- 1 can whole baby clams, drained
- 8 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 (10 ounce) box frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

This Is A Great Meal To Prepare For Company, Especially The Kind That End Up In The Kitchen Anyway And Can Pitch In And Help. This May Not Be A "purist" Version Of Paella, But It Works For Me!
