  • 1 Small red onion (about 1 cup), sliced thin
  • 4 Ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 Large egg, boiled and cooled

  • 6 Ounces walnuts, English, halved
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 Teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/8 Teaspoon kosher salt
  • MAPLE cider vinaigrette
  • 1/2 Cup cider vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 Cup olive oil
