- Asian barbecue sauce
- â¢ 3 cups mild barbecue sauce
- â¢ 3 cups smoky barbecue sauce
- â¢ 1-1/2 cups pineapple juice
- â¢ 3/4 cup hoisin sauce
- â¢ 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- â¢ 3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- â¢ 3/4 tsp. Oriental 5-spice powder
- 1. Combine above ingredients in saucepan. Bring mixture to boil, stirring to blend thoroughly. Reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
- 2. Use sauce to glaze grilled meats and poultry. Allow 2-1/2 oz. for each serving of meat.
