• 1-1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar, (I have used light brown before)
• 2 large eggs, room temperature
• 1-1/2 cups applesauce
• 1/2 cup strongly brewed hot coffee (I used Starbucks)
• 1-1/2 cups dark raisins
• 3/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
• ICING:
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup strongly brewed hot coffee
• 2 cups powdered sugar
