- 500 g basmati rice , pre soaked
- 50 g each of carrots, French beans , potatoes , cauliflower , cut into small cubes and parboiled .
- 30 g each of capsicum and shelled green peas
- 10 g ginger and mint leaves , finely chopped
- 150 g ghee
- 100 ml milk
- 50 g cream
- Little whole garam masala and spices
- Some kewra water
- Little powdered mace and green cardamom

Biryani ( Biriani Or Beriani ) Is A South Asian Rice Dish Made With Spices, Basmati Rice And Meat/vegetables . The Name Is Derived From The Persian Word BeryÄ(n) Which Means "fried" Or "roasted".
