Vegetable Biryani Recipe

Ingredients

  • 500 g basmati rice , pre soaked
  • 50 g each of carrots, French beans , potatoes , cauliflower , cut into small cubes and parboiled .
  • 30 g each of capsicum and shelled green peas
  • 10 g ginger and mint leaves , finely chopped
  • 150 g ghee
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g cream
  • Little whole garam masala and spices
  • Some kewra water
  • Little powdered mace and green cardamom

Biryani ( Biriani Or Beriani ) Is A South Asian Rice Dish Made With Spices, Basmati Rice And Meat/vegetables . The Name Is Derived From The Persian Word Beryā(n) Which Means "fried" Or "roasted".
