- 24 large cap mushrooms (washed & pat dried)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1tsp garlic paste (or 1 clove minced garlic)
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup crab shredded crab meat (or lump crab or imitation crab)
- 3 tbsp half & half (or heavy whipping cream)
- 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs (as needed)
- 24 thin cut pieces of brie
Description
This Dish Gives All The Presentation Of A Gormet Dish, But It Is So Easy And Wonderful! Always At Hit At Parties. Wonderful As A First Course With Beef. Though I've Listed Crabmeat, Most Of My Company Can't Tell The Difference If I Use Imitation Crab.
