• 1tsp garlic paste (or 1 clove minced garlic)
• 2 tbsp parsley
• 1/2 cup minced onion
• 1 cup chopped spinach
• 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup crab shredded crab meat (or lump crab or imitation crab)
• 3 tbsp half & half (or heavy whipping cream)
• 2-3 tbsp breadcrumbs (as needed)
• 24 thin cut pieces of brie

Description

This Dish Gives All The Presentation Of A Gormet Dish, But It Is So Easy And Wonderful! Always At Hit At Parties. Wonderful As A First Course With Beef. Though I've Listed Crabmeat, Most Of My Company Can't Tell The Difference If I Use Imitation Crab.
