Ingredients
- 1 6- to 8-pound turkey breast, (I like the Hotel Style)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- For the bourbon sauce:
- 32-ounce bottle barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, drained (we needed just 1 pepper for this amount)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
