• 1 medium green bell pepper sliced (did not have) fine without it
• olive oil
• 1 1/2 tsp of smoked sweet paprika
• 3/4 cup of heavy cream
• small glass of brandy (1/3 cup)
• fresh parsley chopped
• salt and pepper
