- 1 cut up skinned chicken
- 1 jar of apricot jelly
- 1Tbsp. horseradish( white or red, preferrably HOT)
- 3Tbsp. ketchup
- 2Tbsp. mustard( any kind) I like to use spicy brown!

This Dish Has A Nice Sweet And Slightly Hot Taste. It Goes Well With A Side Of Rice And A Nice Fresh Vegetable.
